GUARD to Offer New Businessowner's Policy in 2008
GUARD Insurance Group has announced plans to introduce a new Businessowner's Policy (BOP) in Pennsylvania this year. During the first quarter of 2008, a limited, initial launch is planned to ensure the right balance of price, service, and protection before the product is made available throughout the state.  According to CEO Sy Foguel, "GUARD's long-term goal is to become a one-stop, insurance shop for smaller business owners."  (press release)

Rated A- (“Excellent”) by A.M. Best, GUARD has a long history of growth and financial stability. Recently, we have taken steps to further secure our future by aligning GUARD with a new business partner with substantial resources and compatible practices and philosophies. A new major upgrade to GUARD's Agency Service Center was introduced Monday, October 30th, 2006. First released in 2001, this site has evolved over the past five years as we continuously added new functions and responded to requests for enhancements from many of our agents and brokers! Along the way, we have received some national recognition for the quality of this product and a considerable amount of positive feedback from our producers.

Rather than rest on past laurels, we've been hard at work developing a major upgrade that promises to deliver even broader capabilities to the producers who represent us and, therefore, ultimately to their clients.

Policyholder Service Center

We are pleased to announce some very positive, new changes to GUARD’s Policyholder Service Center (PSC).  We recently enhanced the security and functionality of this site to include password-protected information about individual accounts.  Specifically, you can review your coverage, billing, claims, and more.  In addition to this new, account-specific data, we continue to provide useful procedural tips and extensive educational resources in multiple areas of special interest to business owners.  If you have any questions, feel free to contact our Customer Service Representatives at 800-673-2465.
